The way I hold space in energy work isn’t tied to dogma or a method you need to understand.

It’s an invitation to feel. To come home to yourself. To land in something deeper, quieter, more true. To remember who you truly are.

I work intuitively and gently – with the body as guide and the nervous system as foundation.
